Are you a
compassionate, patient, and understanding carer who wants to make a meaningful
difference in someone’s life?
At Fidelis Healthcare, we are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a young client living at home with her family in Lincolnshire. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to deliver consistent, person-centred care and build a lasting, positive impact.
About the Role
You will be supporting a young female with a learning disability and epilepsy, within a loving and supportive family environment.
This role goes beyond routine care. It is about building trust, providing reassurance, and creating a sense of safety and stability.
The client benefits from structure, calm engagement, and consistent support—particularly during the night. She may use behaviour as a form of communication, so a patient, observant, and emotionally intelligent approach is essential.
