About the Role

You will be supporting a young individual with complex care needs, within a loving and supportive family environment.

This role goes beyond routine care. It is about building trust, providing reassurance, continuity, safety and stability.

Delivering care at home can be very rewarding as it creates a more friendly, person centred, structured and calm environment. Our client required 24/7 support at home, with clinical intervention and specialist support from an experience and dedicated team to offer continuity for our client.

• Complex care needs

• Bed transfers

• Personal care

• Mobility care

• Catheter care

• Supporting individual in a wheelchair

Requirements

· Minimum 1 year of care experience

· Practical moving and handling

· Personal Care

· A professional, compassionate approach

· Willingness to follow structured care plans

· Experience in complex care needs or similar clinical settings (Needed)
